Best Six - 2024

It's been a great year for corkscrew collecting and I have been lucky enough to have acquired some truly amazing pieces. Nearly all of the corkscrews below are in perfect condition.

1. Hull Royal Club corkscrew in near perfect condition. 
2. Belgian nickel-plated all steel figural single lever with lower brush. Marked LEVEAUX A NAMUR & BREVET DE 15 ANS. Belgian patent No. 06088 granted on January 15, 1852 to Leveaux-Lemaitre.  
3. Hull’s Presto Patent corkscrew in immaculate condition.
4. Carved Scrimshaw corkscrew in the shape of shoulder length uniform bust of George Washington with ribbon banner below with carved inscription Cincinnatus Lucius Quinctus (name of the Roman patrician, statesman and military leader, for whom the American Revolutionary war officers Order of Cincinnatus was named) the other end is carved in the form of an eagle head.
5. Figural corkscrew in the form of a Satyr with wings and a frame supported by two caryatids.
6. Ivory tusk corkscrew with floral carvings and 14k gold endcaps.
